Wellesley Insurance Agency is an Independent Broker. We represent BC based Employers in their dealings with Insurance Companies. We do not charge consultation or service fees of any kind.

For Employers who already have a Group Benefits Plan, good for you and your Employees! Wellesley Insurance Agency will represent Companies in their rate negotiations with the Insurer during the Annual Plan Renewal. Throughout the year, we notify the Employer of the Plan usage and forecast whether an increase or decrease in the premium/rate is likely at the upcoming Annual Plan Renewal.

For Employers who do not have a Group Benefits Plan, we will design a Plan and then conduct a Market Survey to have multiple Insurers submit proposals/bids. Once the Employer chooses an Insurer, Wellesley Insurance Agency will work with that Insurer to set up the Plan, advise the Employees, and guide the Employer though the process.
